Get ready. It’s time to swim in whatever lane you want.
Picture yourself standing at the pool’s edge between two lane dividers. You dive in and begin doing laps. Whether you do ten or one hundred laps, you will always arrive at the same destination and eventually get out of the pool. I don’t believe we are meant to stay in one lane. In fact, I coach my clients to look at personal growth across many lanes, even those that stretch us far beyond what we can see in each moment.
I don’t believe that we are meant to stay in one lane. In fact, I coach my clients to look at personal growth across many lanes. When we do, our energy builds, and we learn and expand our thinking - which benefits our organization and us.
